Purple permanent marker on his red Pottery Barn chair (he got another chair to boost himself to get into the drawer in the kitchen). Look close at how much he colored.

Have you tried a Mr Clean magic eraser on it? It might come out.
Unfortunately, it won't save your treadmill. It might save his life, though ;)
Oh, that is so sad that chair is so cute. But I think that hairspray would take it right off. Just spay it on heavy let it sit and wipe off. Good Luck.
I have no home remedies, other than he is worth keeping around for a little while longer with that cute little face! I'm sad for his chair - I love that chair. maybe it sounds like you'll be able to save it. Hang in there my friend!

It is his chair, right? He was just making it prettier! You should teach him to walk on the treadmill, like a little doggy. Then you can just "walk" him when he gets like that. Would that be child abuse?!
